Concerned about preserving the confidentiality of your Personal Data and as part of our engagement towards transparency, we have prepared this document so you may know and understand the processing done with the data you communicate to us.

Adova Group undertakes to ensure the best level of protection and security for your personal data in accordance with applicable European and French regulations.

Only the data fields marked with an asterisk need to be completed so that we can offer you a service such as processing an order, for example.

Children

Our Website is not designed for children under the age of 16 and we ask minors not to communicate any personal data to Adova Group. If we learn that we have collected Personal data on a minor under the age of 16, we take the necessary measures to delete such data as quickly as possible.

II. Duration of data conservation

In principle, the data collected are saved for no more than five (5) years after the final visit to the Website.

This period may be shorter if you close an account or request your Data be deleted.

Nonetheless, some data may be saved for longer than five (5) years as mentioned above in order to fulfil our accounting and fiscal obligations and, more generally, our legal obligations. This particularly refers to all transactions performed as well as any attached financial data.

The Data collected are used to:

All of this information will be transferred to Tréca by the social network provider due to the operation of social media connections. However, we only save and process your email address. If you do not wish to connect in such manner, you can simply log into your Account using your login details without using the username/password associated with your social media account;

(vii) Provide you with product assistance and customer service and track the quality and nature of this service; when you communicate with a customer service representative by email or phone, we collect Personal data such as your name, your mailing address, your phone number, your email address and your contact preferences as well as information on the Products you own such as the date of purchase. We can also create event logs which help us diagnose performance problems with a product or application and collect information on a problem associated with assistance or service. Under applicable law, we may also save and record your conversations with our customer service representatives as well as analyse any comments voluntarily provided via a customer survey all in a view to enhancing our customer service. With your agreement –which you may withdraw at any time-, our customer service representatives may connect to your Account if the problem resolution so requires.


IV. Disclosure of data collected

We save your Personal Data on our secured servers situated within the European Union. Nonetheless, it is possible for the data we collect when you use our services to be transferred to another country.

In such case, we make sure any such processing is done securely and in accordance with this Policy and that it complies with European Commission standard contractual clauses that can guarantee an adequate level of protection.
